I loved the course; I've never stepped in a gym before. I was given the 6 weeks as a Christmas present and I've continued with it since. I've dropped a pants size, I've gained muscle and became fitter and I'm fitting into smaller clothes, I feel really good. I would definitely recommend this course to someone else, especially if you have never been to a gym before, everyone is really friendly and boots your confidence to use the main gym as well.

I found it quite challenging, I didn't know what to expect but I decided I didn't want to just use the general gym by myself anymore, I wanted to keep fit, build up my strength and keep in good shape and this course did exactly that for me. My sleeping pattern is much better, and I've implemented more protein in my diet. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone of any age or gender, I highly recommend it.
