The short answer is no. The reality is that strength training should be in everyone’s weekly routine. What will happen is you’ll tone up and create lean muscle whilst you burn fat.
We’ll start you slow, but you get you results fast! We’ll be able to coach you and get you the results you want regardless of your experience levels. Whether you’re a first-timer or you do have some past exercise, we’ve got you covered.
Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!
After 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of more energy right from when you wake up in the morning to throughout the whole day.

I signed up for the 6-week program in the hope it would give me a kick start, after wallowing on the sofa drinking wine throughout the pandemic I needed to get motivated! I was worried about being the only old fat woman surrounded by sylphlike girls and not being able to keep up, I needn't have worried! I thoroughly enjoyed the first class and all those that followed, the classes are hard but there is always a happy and friendly atmosphere, PTs are really encouraging and can adapt exercises to meet each persons ability. Having become so much fitter I was really pleased with my results at the end of the program, so much so that I signed up for more! Thank you so much for kicking my rather large bum and getting and keeping me motivated.
I began my PT Journey back at the end of September initially signing up for the 6 week course and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done!! I was feeling very unhealthy, unfit and unhappy with myself. And now a few months in, I have lost weight, toned up and feel so much better physically and mentally. The PT's are so encouraging and helpful and the hub is a lovely welcoming place to be.
